1. TICAD Outreach & Localization Campaigns
   Mobilized awareness and local engagement for the Tokyo International Conference on African Development (TICAD) across 20+ African countries, turning international policies into community-based action.

2. Technical Missions with Japanese Experts
   Deployed specialists in agriculture, health, and education to support institutional capacity-building and project implementation in West and East Africa.

3. SME Financing Support Initiatives
   Partnered with microfinance institutions and private sector stakeholders to pilot access-to-credit programs tailored for young entrepreneurs and women-led businesses in Africa.

4. Humanitarian Relief Collaboration
   Coordinated material and medical aid during health and environmental crises in vulnerable African regions, supported by public–private partnerships from Japan and Asia.

• ✅ 2019 – Official presence at TICAD 7 in Yokohama, Japan with a high-level delegation and strategic engagement with JICA, MOFA Japan, and AU representatives.

• ✅ 2020 – Launch of Afrijapan-Africasia’s Permanent Secretariat, strengthening coordination and institutional presence.

• ✅ 2021 – Establishment of Itinerant Ambassadors Programme with global icons like Didier Drogba and Thomas Nkono to promote the Africasia cause.

• ✅ 2022 – Expansion of Regional Representation Offices in Africa, Asia, the Americas, and Europe.

• ✅ 2023 – Signing of cooperation frameworks with SMEs & innovation clusters in Japan, Kenya, and Ghana.

• ✅ 2024 – Successful coordination of multi-country TICAD alignment consultations, in preparation for TICAD 9.
